Honicel®-honeycomb
Honicel®-honeycomb (-paper-honeycomb structure, as core material to create sandwich constructions / panels, like e.g. doors, furniture, partitioning light-weight panels in automotive etc.
Honipack®-boards
Honipack®-boards (-paper-Honicel® -honeycomb structure laminated at top and bottom surface with paper, to create extremely strong paper board panels, paper pallets / crates and packing materials / solutions, exhibition panels, graphic boards, displays etc.
Honipack® Angle Boards
Honipack® Angle Boards offer a wide range of protection boards in U- shape, L-shape and Flat boards and have dozens of applications.
Honiwrap®-packing paper
Honiwrap®-packing paper (single layer slitted paper that after expansion of the paper will get a 3D-honeycomb shape to offer optimal protection and levels of cushioning)
Honicel-honeycomb
The raw material saving, light-weight, eco-friendly, quality improving, and cost saving achieving Honicel-honeycomb technology is very successfully applied in all kind of sandwich constructions and panels industries e.g. in: doors, furniture, partitions, automotive etc.
Honipack Board
When the paper Honicel-honeycomb core is laminated on top and bottom with a paper facing material, the paper honeycomb board is branded as: Honipack®. Honipack can carry huge loads, offers strength as well as is able to offer cushioning. The use of Honipack packing material replaces e.g. wooden crates and pallets and is cost efficient against 5-ply corrugated and above. Honipack is a very successful eco-friendly protective packing alternative to e.g. (moulded) EPS / Polystyrene, (bubble) plastics and foams etc. Honipack offers the plastic and foam based packing manufacturers an alternative line of sustainable / eco-friendly business.
Honipack Angle Board
Apart from the Honipack Boards for protective packaging and pallet and pallet container applications Honicel is also offering a wide range of Honipack®. Angle Boards. All the Honipack Angle Boards are available in several sizes and thicknesses as well as can be punch cut too. This to foresee the Angle Board from a “jigsaw puzzle joint” in order to get square angles etc.
Honiwrap
The Honiwrap®-packing paper, is a single layer slitted FSC recycled paper that after expansion of the paper will get a “tilted 3D-honeycomb shape” to offer optimal protection and levels of cushioning. It is easy to expand manually. And it is an economic and eco-friendly alternative against e.g. bubble plastics.
