Honicel License Agreement

In combination with the supply of Honicel®- Honipack®- and Honiwrap® production & processing machines, Honicel Worldwide B.V. is offering her technology and knowhow to entrepreneurs / investors in specific geographical market areas via a Honicel-license concept.

Considering the urgent needs and requirements for sustainable / eco-friendly as well as cost efficient materials Honicel Worldwide B.V. has decided that the unique by her developed production and processing technology may become
available for entrepreneurs / investors with a likewise business attitude. This means that in geographic market area’s with sufficient potential, Honicel Worldwide B.V. is willing to sell their production and processing equipment. In order to enable the entrepreneur / investor to become successful and shortcut the “learning curve” Honicel Worldwide B.V. is offering guidance / support via a Honicel license agreement.

This Honicel license agreement will be “designed” based on the local circumstances as well as needs and requirements of the entrepreneur / investor. Part of this Honicel license agreement is that Honicel Worldwide B.V. will not sell Honicel production equipment that will be in direct competition in the geographical market of the entrepreneur / investor. That’s one of the reasons why Honicel worldwide is recognised for honesty, transparency and maintaining high levels of business ethics and lasting fruitful relationships.
